jev-trans

Bidirectional constraint-based JA<->EN translation that never asks a generative model to write a translation. It analyses, preserves ambiguity, consults a decision-only oracle (Jev) for the ambiguity that matters, builds candidates under hard/soft constraints, then re-parses and verifies every candidate before returning it.
