AI job screening with Jev: collects ~3,500 postings per run from 18 sources (Gupy, Greenhouse, Workday, InHire, Lever, company sites and remote boards), scores each one's fit to a CV with a decision model and delivers a ranked Excel report. Calibrated against a labeled answer key (52% → 70% accuracy), with a versioned cache and offline tests.
