jev_naics

A classical PEAS agent that codes a business description to one of 1,012 NAICS 2022 industries, or holds it for a person. Code decides, Jev ranks: search and the NAICS tree build a closed list, TypeSafe Jev ranks it with probabilities, measured gates act or hold. No generative model. The hybrid: 0 wrong codes on its eval sets.
